Solution:	Project in progress. Owner evaluating switching from ProxiOne program to completing remediation under a lump-sum, Pay-For-Performance contract to reach full closure goals

	Baseline Conditions:	LNAPL at 0.5 to 1.0 ft / BTEX > 30,000 ug/l / MTBE > 170,000 ug/l
	Current or Final Conditions:	Total BTEX reduced 95% and total MTBE reduced 80% after 4 treatments

Challenge:	Multiple soil types and fill contaminated with LNAPL on prime site in restored harbor area

Solution:	After only 4 months of treatment, owner was able to remove deed restrictions and redevelop property for commercial use
